Host family accommodation

IH Belfast has carefully selected a number of local families who are able to offer single room accommodation to students on a bed and breakfast basis, or with half board (which includes an evening meal). Some families are also able to offer students their own private bathroom.

Prices

Note that all our prices are in GBP: if you're from the Euro Zone, you're currently enjoying a great exchange rate!

All accommodation is arranged from the Sunday evening before the course begins until the Saturday morning after the course ends. The prices quoted are for the same period. If it is impossible to arrange arrival and departure times in accordance with these days, extra nights can normally be arranged on payment of a supplement.

There is an accommodation placement fee of £45.

Please note: students staying in host family accommodation who wish to change accommodation type at any time must give at least one week’s notice to both their host and IH Belfast.
