Queen's Elms University Residence

The University's Halls of residence – Queen's Elms – are situated in pleasant parkland, in a quiet residential area on the south side of the city. Being on a large site, well away from the main road there is a spaciousness and calmness which generates a feeling of being far from city life, even though Queen's Elms are less than 15 minutes walking distance from the University area.
It is also close to the Lisburn Road, which is a vibrant street, with shops, cafés and restaurants. For the fun-loving student, it is ideally located less than 20 minutes walking distance from Botanic Avenue, which is a student hotspot.
All bedrooms have full access to kitchen facilities. Each hall has a comfortable common room where students can relax. Bedrooms are serviced daily including weekends with bed linen, towels, soap, tea and coffee. On each floor visitors will find a kitchen/dining area where tea and coffee-making facilities are available. Fully-equipped laundry facilities are provided in each hall.
