IH Belfast organises an interesting and varied programme of social activities including welcome parties in the school, guided visits to places of interest in the city and excursions outside the city at weekends.

Guides are provided by the school free of charge, but students are responsible for transport and entrance fees (where necessary).

The activities included in the social programme were ideal to make landing in a strange place easier. The city tour not only introduces you to some of the principle places of interest, it also teaches you how to move around the city independently.
