Spanish summer school at Rockport

International House, one of the world's top language schools, with over 140 schools around the world, is running a summer school for languages at Rockport school in July.

A Spanish language school for teenagers will run in tandem with our international programme. Students will study Spanish in the mornings while our international students study English. In the afternoons and at weekends the two groups will join to take part in a full and varied social and activity programme.

The course includes:

• 3 hours of Spanish classes per day.
• All teaching materials and certificates.
• Lunch at the school every day.
• Full social programme of sports and other activities including local visits and excursions (weekend trips are paid separately).

All classes will be conducted by experienced, native language teachers.

At International House we believe that language learning can be achieved by providing a stimulating and fun environment for young learners. Students are encouraged to start speaking right from the start.

The opportunity for cultural exchange provides young people with a rich educational experience as well as valuable social and cultural development.

Accommodation for our international students will be provided at Rockport but many of our students will request home stay accommodation. Home stays enable international students to practice English in a home environment and can forge friendships that will encourage language learning for all the children involved.

The course weeks are stand alone and students can choose to attend from 1-3 weeks.
